I used boomerang for summer storage for my dorm items for the past two years. This year, I needed to get my things sent back home instead of delivered to my dorm. Not only did they charge us the standard fee for getting my boxes in the spring, they charged again for the time they stored my boxes (should’ve been/was already included in the first charge), and an outrageous amount for the shipping costs. They repackaged my things into shipping boxes and did so without any care for my belongings.

Pat, Ray and Tyson helped us move from Springfield MA to Boston. They provided excellent and thorough service. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture, handled everything with care (mattress pads and tarp/blankets for our mirrors and delicate items), and placed everything where we wanted in our new place. They even offered their advice on where to place certain items. Moving is always stressful but they made the process as smooth as possible. 10/10 would recommend!

Pat and Ray arrived on time and the move went so quickly that my job was to stay out of the way. On the unloading end of the move it went even smoother. Quick, efficient asking me questions on furniture location when needed which was not often. They make a great team that's there to work for you!
