I rented a space in June 2025 while o was transitioning a move from Florida to Massachusetts. I moved in without a problem, and had no complaints while I was renting. After my move was complete, I moved out in September 2025. I had paid automatically every month because they make you, and received a move out notice with a $0 balance. Everything WAS good, I WAS happy, fast forward to May 2026. I received a notification on my credit alert that I had an account in collections with Devon Storage for $261.

Straight horrible, this place started off good you can almost say perfect, NOW! they let anyone in to steal the carts, People are living in there using the rest room as personal bathing area, Rats ate my furniture! NO REIMBURSEMENT, NO DISCOUNT for the next month at least, AC is always off.What else automatic doors don't work. This place is a circus. Take your stuff out immediately!OH AND THEY ARE RAISING THERE RATES!

The manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to let a disabled young man sit for a few minutes to rest, locked doors without warning, and treated the family like they weren’t welcome. Families already under stress …

Went today to get a space and was a really good deal I ended up getting two spaces. Management was really helpful and gave me all the information need it. Plus I got a free month!
