What a JOKE. Let me start by saying the movers themselves were incredible and efficient. While they were 2.5 hours late, they still did a great job communicating with me once they were on there way (mind you, this was after I had to call to figure out why no one showed up at the scheduled time). Had we not had the issue I'm sharing below, this would be an entirely different review. I digress. Here's the actual issue.

My wall was badly damaged by the moving company. When it happened, the mover was kind and said it would be taken care of by the company. No problem. Now we are at two months of broken promises and unanswered calls to have our damaged wall fix. The company has stopped responding to our inquiries of checking the status. At one point they admitted they 'wont repair after all' and would now send a $75 check for us to fix ourselves, but it has been weeks and no check has arrived.

NEVER, EVER, EVER use this company. 1. Quote was a ‘bait and switch’. Bid low but was absolutely not accurate as to how long it would take. 2. 18 and 19 year olds that absolutely did NOT know how to move things or understand that a snails pace does not work when moving items. 3. They were scheduled for 9:00 am. They showed up at 11:30. 4. They didn’t move more than half of our items and did not move our furniture except for the beds. Couches? No. Bookcases? No.
Worst moving company we’ve ever dealt with in our life and we’ve moved 12 times. Damaged our furniture and didn’t offer any compensation. They are not honest nor customer friendly. Never finished our move and had to hire another moving company who ended up being 💯 better and so accommodating as well as professional. DO NOT move with Alpine.

We hired alpine moving 2 times. First time they were awesome. Second time they were awful. Damaged several pieces of property. Damaged sheet rock & wood floors that needed repaired. They are not helpful in coming up with a solution. They offered us 100$ for $1,000 of dollars in damages. Stay away from Alpine moving & the owner Jordan.

Movers were great. But they broke one piece of furniture by accident. I took out there insurance beforehand. They took a ton of photos. I also sent them photos. This was last month and I cant get them, to call me back and handle the repairs. They basically blew me off. Not professional.

I booked our move about a month in advance- big house- requested 5 people and 2 big trucks. The day of the move nobody showed up... I called... they would "check". 30 min later I called again... "they should be on the way". Another 30 …

Alpine Moving was extremely with a "move out" in August and a "move in" in September, and the storage of our entire household in the interim (thanks also to Fort Collins Mobile Storage). Ace (Alpine owner) was very professional and helpful with all parts the move. Ace was also very available, and responsive for any questions or issues.

Highly recommend! I hired Alpine Moving Company and couldn’t be happier. We were dreading our move because we’ve been too busy to prepare. They made the entire process seamless. I received a reminder call two days prior and they reviewed the scope of the move with me. I received a call when they were on the way, providing an ETA. They called when they arrived and were even 5 minutes. The two guys that moved us were just fantastic. They got the bulk of it done in 3 hours!
