STAY AWAY... STAY AWAY! I have used Exodus in the past and they did a great job. This time I had three moves scheduled with them, since last January, The first move was in February and they packed my parents’ home in Kansas and stored it here in Colorado. The second move was a partial move that we packed to de-clutter our current home.

Exodus sent someone out to go through our house to give us an estimate, and see what we had that needed to be moved. Despite this, they failed to bring a big enough truck the day of moving, even the movers seemed surprised with how much we had, so that seemingly hadn't been communicated properly, as they said they would have brought a larger truck had they known.
Poor communication on cost of services, how insurance works, and several missing/broken items. Ilan is very responsive at first, but once you sign the contract, good luck getting things resolved. Also very difficult to understand what he is saying, repeatedly talking over the customer. We paid $2000 more than the estimate and still struggle to understand the reason for the difference.
Moving is a very stressful time in our lives. But it is even more stress when you hire what you think is a “Professional” come to find out they ARE NOT! That is exactly what happened. All I wanted after moving day was my TV and my bed set up. The problems began when the TV didn’t show up! Then I started looking around I noticed several other pieces of furniture missing and at this point, who knows how many boxes were missing.

They received my goods from a shipper but denied receiving them. They didn’t have the goods. Instead of paying me my cost so I could buy a replacement they offered me 33% less than I paid. The more they explained the less I trusted them. I would recommend using Choice Movers.
Great job by Oscar, Alejandro & Paco, in spite of abysmal record-keeping by Exodus: NONE of the documentation corresponded to reality. By sheer good luck, everything arrived as expected. We'll never use Exodus again.
We were quoted an amount. We were told the price would go down if everything from the basement was brought up to the moving truck. It just gave that crew a chance to go WAAAAYY slower. …

Benji, Kaky and Fabricio were great.. very professional and efficient.. they took care of all the moving, wrapping everything while taking a thorough inventory of my stuff. Moving is always stressful for me but I’m feeling confident that all my things will get to my new apartment in great shape.
Exodus just completed our move and they were great. Benji, Fabricio and Oscar were prompt, efficient and helpful all along the way. The whole crew worked hard all day and were able to navigate small spaces and heavy furniture. I would definitely recommend them for your move
Sam was the leader of the crew with Jose and Armendo and Kaki and Sam did a great job of coordinating everybody and making sure everything was put where it was supposed to go. He’s been kind, professional and considerate. His team worked well together and with him and they did a really excellent and careful job.
I am really grateful to Samuel and his teams, that helped me pack, store and unpack my belongings in my new home! Samuel made it so easy, quick and fun with his teams that it wasn't as rough as some moves had been previously! Exodus is a great company and I highly recommend them. Thank you!
