To say the least, Elite Moving is a very unprofessional company. The group of workers showed up late for a tenant at our facility and from the beginning the tenant was not impressed with their service. Once the workers had finished they …
This company burned me in a way I’ve never been burned. This was a while back and I was too busy to leave a review but I haven’t forgotten. We had closed on our new house the day my wife went into labor and they no showed on us for a move that was scheduled months in advance. They told me they had an issue with one of their trucks and couldn’t come. When I offered to go rent a U-Haul for them to use they had a different excuse.
Didn’t show up on two different occasions. The first time we used them, we paid for the 2-hour minimum and tipped the two guys well, even though it only took them 30 minutes to unload our stuff into a storage unit. The second time, they didn’t show. We were not offered a discount or any other compensation for our inconvenience. We used them a third time anyway, giving them a second chance and they did a great job. On the 4th time we needed them to unload a huge POD into a condo, they didn’t show again.
We chose them for moving and it took way longer than they said it would and so they said they would come back in the morning to finish their job and they completely ditched us and not only that but they came back a week later after we finished the job and then asked us to pay full price
Good evening, we have never left a job and have never not finished a job. I don’t know what company you are referring to but we have never left a job unfinished and finish all of our jobs accordingly. I think you have us confused with a different company.

These guys went above and beyond moving our house. They busted there butts and kept everything in the condition it was when it was packed. They wrapped the doors and railings, and put down a static runner to keep the dirt from getting on our new floors. Highly recommend using Elite!
