I wanted to get a quote to restore my late mother’s childhood piano. They told me to send pics so I did. I sent maybe 10 pics very detailed and I never heard back from them. Not even a we can’t help you….nothing. Taking me business elsewhere !
Sorry never received the photos. Good luck with your project It’s unfortunate that folks can misspell and email address or have an issue with their email could try to do damage to a hard-working business. Maybe calling and asking if the photos went through first would be a good idea.

We had an excellent experience with Yury moving our piano from NY to CT. He was extremely responsive, fast, professional, and completely honest throughout the process. He even fit us in on a late Friday night right before the holidays, for which we were incredibly grateful. The move was seamless and stress-free, and our piano was handled with great care. We’re especially lucky that Yury is local, because we will definitely be using him again for his other services. Highly, highly recommend!
Yuri was amazing and went above and beyond coming back 3x to my home to get the piano just right. I was nervous about having him move but he put me at ease, came back to wrap it during construction, left his moving blankets for me during constructions and came back . Highly recommend him and will be calling him again for the future.
Yuri did a superb job of repairing our old Baldwin upright whose legs had been smashed off by the movers, and charged a very fair price.
“ I waited for a whole year so that I can have my piano tuned by Pythagorean tuning. I became aware of a different frequency that is healing vs the vibrational frequency we are exposed to at the current time. When I learnt that Yuri at Amadeus piano in Westport CT specialized in hydrogen molecule frequency that is healing called is “ Pythagorean tuning”. I had to try it. Result was not much more profound than what I expected.
