They damaged my walls and left my child's bunk bed with missing bolts and loose. I have emailed and called numerous times and have not heard back.
Crew was great. That said, Jude (estimator) underestimated the move scope. That resulted in a significant bump in cost, only communicated at the end. Had this been done accurately we may have gone elsewhere. Then at the end of the night of the move was the first time we were informed that the balance if paid by CC was +4%. We also got dinged $225 for delivering 10 boxes pre-move. My efforts to get the above resolved with them -- they would not respond to my emails. Not going to recommend them or use thema again.
Items stolen!!! The moving company took twice as long to move as they quoted us and they stole about 3 boxes. When I tried to speak to the owner about this matter, it took me a week to get him on the phone only for him to tell me to file a complaint. No apologies, nothing. This company is actually out of NY. They just try to appear local by having a small location in CT.
I found this company on Google, they seemed reputable. When the movers arrived they looked terrible, pants hanging, not shaved, I was scared. Once they started working it took two hours longer than estimated to load my belongings, and 3 hours longer to unload. My move was 5 hours longer than estimated, I do not recommend using this company. Lisa Daley

It is not often that we are wowed after receiving a service but I can say definitively, we were by the moving company at Noah’s Ark! Every step of the process was efficient and effective. In our initial conversation with Robert, he walked us through the entire process. Soon after, a FaceTime call was used to determine what was staying and going and at that point, I felt confident they had tried this before. The dispatcher for the two day move communicated times and Noah’s Ark showed up promptly just as promised.

Noah's Ark was the best moving experience that I have ever had. The movers arrived right on time and works incredibly efficiently throughout the day. The lead organized the boxes and directed them to the correct location upon arrive at our new place. They took minimal breaks despite the 3 floor walkup that I was moving out of (I cannot say the same for previous moving company I used). I booked with Gavin, who gave an accurate estimate and was so easy to work with.

I've moved many times and this was an amazing experience. From dealing with Jude on the terms and process to the movers showing up on time and ready to work. They worked extremely hard, came with questions on any items, and didnt leave until everything was perfect. Really great experience.
