Every time I have dealt with the lady in the office she is extremely rude. She acts as if I am stupid for asking certain questions. I think customer service is non existent here and unfortunately, they were the closest to where we are located and most affordable. Just sad that affordability equates to such a lack of professionalism and customer service. I will just have to refrain from calling or speaking to the office until we are able to vacate.
We are so sorry that your experience with the front desk staff has been unsatisfactory. Your feedback is very important to all of us and is an opportunity to improve our customer service. Please accept our sincere apologies that you were not treated as a valued client should be.
I will NEVER come back to this place to rent a storage unit! I've never been to a work place where the employees treat you as badly as they did. I have been looking for a storage unit with cheap price so I was looking online at all the available units in my area. American Eagle had a 15x30 listed online, so I went in to check out the unit in person. I walked in and began asking the lady at the front desk about the unit. She cuts me off and snobbly said " what?!

They did a bunch of asphalt work in front of the units in blew dirt, dust and asphalt all inside the unit it took me hours to clean my valuables that I stored . Definitely dissatisfied. I mean I get it. Asphalt Hass to be resealed, but blowing towards the units is unethical.
