I just received my items from moving help long distance move that they packed a U-Box. MY WHITE SOFA WAS DIRTY, MY DESK IS COMPLETELY BROKEN, MY MATTRESS WAS DRAGGED ON THE FLOOR AND VERY DIRTY, MY END TABLE IS ALL SCRATCHED AND CHIPPED,AND THINGS ARE MISSING THAT THEY FORGOT TO TAKE!! ALSO, THE GUY WASN'T EVEN STRONG ENOUGH TO MOVE FURNITURE!! ZERO STARS!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM U-HAUL MOVING HELP!
You have the wrong company. I I am not enrolled with moving help with U-Haul this is American Pro Movers from Lake Havasu City. My company did not load a U-Box for anyone. I would appreciate a retraction. Thank you
On the day of my move they cancelled and did not want to reschedule. The owner was a completely unprofessional and did not want to reschedule. Stay away!
Sorry for the bad experience but you are not speaking to the owner you were speaking into an employee and you were rude
Should you decide to use Neil's truck and two men, be sure to number and count all the boxes. Recheck when all is unloaded and search the truck thoroughly, cab and all, for any misplaced boxes. Boxes can apparently fall off a truck during a 15 minute ride across town.
Robyn Boxes can't fall off the back of the truck the back of the truck is closed. I spoke to you about this and told you we don't have your boxes that the truck is cleaned after every job. You also hired another moving company on this job … More

Wow, what a great team! Neil promptly and professionally responded to my first inquiry. Reserved small local move right away. When I called to reconfirm he already had my named programmed, knew it was me calling and had us set. He gave me a 30-minute arrival time range and they were on time! Neil, Robert and Greg were friendly, professional and boy did they know what they were doing. They dismantled and loaded/unloaded items properly, quickly and carefully.

I just completed a move with a 26' U-Haul from MT to LHC AZ. I used U-Haul to contract for unloading assistance, pre paying for the service. When the day came to unload, I had NO HELP. The Mule Movers who were scheduled, were a NO SHOW. So here I am last minute needing help Unloading furniture that I couldn't unload alone. I start calling local movers in Havasu. Neil with American Pro Movers answers the phone. I tell him my situation, and that I had a plane to catch the next day, and he was on it.
These guys were phenomenal! Moving is stressful regardless of the distance but even more so when several hundred miles away. They worked me in with only 2 day’s notice, showed up on time and didn’t let me lift a finger. I finally got to just direct traffic instead of being in it. They moved a boat out of the garage to allow room for all the boxes, maneuvered the trailer, disconnected it and repositioned the truck.

They had availability when I called to schedule a move in less than a week. These guys are professional and efficient, and super nice to work with! They did a great job and handled my things with care. They made sure that I was satisfied with everything before they left for the day. I definitely recommend them!
