I had a agreement over the phone the night prior to this encounter.Site manager argued called me liar.threatened to physically harm me and went as far as ripping off his jacket and coming at me.i felt completely disrespand threating to sell all my possesions .ected very unprofessional.said i was a felon and evwrything in my unis stolen.manager should be fired for his conduct towards customers manager seems to want to deny innocent .but its all on camera.and im filing a report. I had a very upsetting experience at Anchor Self Storage. My unit was broken into and all of my valuable belongings were stolen. I trusted this place to keep my items safe, but their security clearly failed. Even worse, the response from management was disappointing — I didn’t feel they took the situation seriously or did enough to help. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. If you value your belongings, look elsewhere.

This place is inexpensive but we had a huge mice problem in our unit. When we opened it up after 4 months there was mouse pee and poop everywhere. All our linens, camping chairs, and mattress pads were torn up and ruined. Our next door neighbors had nice and snakes in their unit! It is not worth it to store your stuff here.
This place took my sons money. They did not Ask for ID at the time of rental and then the following day tell hi. That he can't have his storage or his money because the person he was goimg to aahre the space with owed a previous debt. Why …

They have RATS! They don't have a plan in order to insure that one the problem is under control nor do they have any preventatives procedures in place either. The need new management.

I can't say enough good things about Magdalene! She made the entire process so easy and stress-free from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful every step of the way and always quick to answer my questions. The move-out process, which I expected to be a hassle, went smoothly thanks to her. On top of being so organized and professional, she was genuinely caring and so nice to talk to. You can tell she truly looks out for the people she works with. Highly recommend!
