In their own words
If you want to get ripped off use mini storage on wheels. They tried to bill me for their driver’s mistake and they left the storage pod in my driveway and expect me to pay storage fees. I have continually called and messaged Shawn, the owner, but he will not respond.
This the same person as Kevin Sandeno. Extremely difficult road coming into this location . Every charge was in writing. I never want to work for these ungrateful people.
The guy has overcharged us left his pod at our house And is trying to charge us rent Never does what he says and then tries to bill you I think he should be put out of business
These people need to call in for their container to be picked up empty. Its your responsibility to communicate and coordinate. Your location was extremely difficult to get the box down this tree lined road. If I had known that the location was so tight I would have rejected this job.

I needed to store some things from the house while getting work done. The date that I needed the unit got postponed and Shaun stayed in touch with me through the whole process. Unit arrived early on the day requested and all I was involved with were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and thank them for their help and flexibility.

Big help from mini storage on wheels after we had water damage to our home the container came in handy to store belongings. We ended up keeping the container longer for earthquake retrofit to our home. Very kind and great communication with the owner. FYI cheapest price around. Thank you mini storage on wheels!!
I'm so glad to help you repair the earthquake damage and water damage. Great family to get to know. Thanks again.
The driver was so patient with me. The car was blocking the driveway and couldn't find the keys. He helped us push the car away. He picked up our Mini Storage on Wheels box and drove to our new house. Absolutely nothing was damaged. Very happy with there service.
Ronald glad to have helped out. Its very important to keep our delivery schedule, so help moving your car made sense. Your house Benicia is so nice. Great area next to water. Plenty of restaurants to choose. You'll be happy.
