Do not use these movers! I scheduled through UHaul a week prior to my move. They don’t respond to calls or SMS. Did not show up on the day of moving and replied they canceled 3 hrs after the service contract. Pay the money to get real movers. You will thank me later
Hi Alex, I think you have the wrong company. We are Quantum Moving and Not UHAUL. We do not schedule moves through UHAUL as we have no affiliation with UHAUL. We are a professional moving company and we have NEVER cancelled any one's move in the 7 years we have been in business.
Was not professional.. many of my sentimental belongings and expensive paintings are either broken or glass on paintings were cracked... picked up on a Sunday and were to store my items in their truck parked in a safe security lot of theirs …

We have used Quantum Moving twice to move from Northern to Southern California, and both experiences were excellent. To begin with, the quote and booking process was incredibly convenient and straightforward. The total cost was clear from the start, with no hidden fees. The moving team was outstanding! Dennis and his crew were excellent for our short distance move. We had a LOT of stuff and they moved everything quickly and carefully. They also helped pack some stuff, especially the kitchen, that we were unable to pack due to lack of time/energy. The price is fair and competitive and they were able to do it in a day. They also helped disassemble and re-assemble furniture and put everything exactly as we like. The communication was great and they are just great guys in general.

This was by far the best moving experience we have ever had and we have moved a lot. Quantum Moving has restored my faith in movers. Dan sent a 5 person team to move us from Martinez to Elk Grove. We moved from a 2900 square foot home to a 1300 square foot apartment and everything else went into storage. The team, led by Danny, was simply the best. They moved everything carefully, worked extraordinarily hard, and were thoughtful, polite and kind.

We have had great experiences with Quantum before and just recently in March. My only complaint was we were assured we would get a notice of when the movers would arrive the day before the actual move. Our POD packing was to be on a Monday so I questioned the agent about getting a call on Sunday and was assured we would get a call. No call until 7:30 am on the day of the packing. My phone is on silent between 10pm and 10am so I didn’t get the call.
