Update: I physically saw the damage happening with my own eyes. He said they loaded it and it was fine is a lie. First of all he wasn’t even there. Second the guy dropped the fridge in front of me and my husband and the other two guys that were there. Yes, It was 100% your fault. Please steer clear of this joke of a moving company. You will get homeless people show up at your place who have no idea what they are doing. They damaged our fridge dropping it on the Dolly and leaving a mark on the fridge.
The damage was reported after it was transported and moved by another and you only brought it up after the fact. When we loaded the refrigerator it was fine. I am truly sorry this happened although not our fault you still responded vindictively
I hired this company through HireAHelper and came to an agreement with Gary Pino to complete the unloading the following day. Gary was agreeable to this arrangement and asked me to call him when I was ready for him to finish the job. I don’t place all of the blame on Gary, as he was working as a subcontractor. However, I was charged for an unloading service that was never completed. Gary later informed me that the company that hired him had told him I reported him as a no-show, which is completely inaccurate.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I hired this company to help me load the Uhaul. They never showed up. I called the owner several times with no response. So incredibly disappointed. Based on today’s experience, I would not recommend.
My wife called and spoke with Gary and scheduled an appointment for today for 4:30. Gary never showed up. We called 4 different times at 15 minute intervals and left messages to which he did not respond. I called him from a different number at around 5:30, at which point he answered and seemed bewildered that he had missed the appointment. He called my wife back and asked her "Why are you just calling now?" which was infuriating considering our multiple attempts to contact him.
Had an appointment at 9 am this morning. They called me at 9pm last night to confirm. They no showed. It's noon now. No call. No text. I've called 4 times and left a voicemail. I just called two men and a truck and they booked for tomorrow. Avoid these guys. A quick scan through the reviews shows this is a pattern for them. If you do hire them anyway, ask to see their insurance and bonding. If they are willing to no call no show I'd bet there are other corners that get cut.

I just moved out to Albuquerque and saw this moving service on Google. The reviews seemed good so I called. Someone named Gary picked up the phone and was extremely rude. He told me he couldn't help and didn't give a reason. Don't even try with this place.
I apologize you must have called a while ago we did stop business for a little while due to a family member being very ill and we were not operating we are back in business and would love to help.
No showed for a booked and confirmed appointment. Did not answer calls or return voice-mail. Also, they are tagged as a woman owned business, but per reviews and their website, the owner is a man named Gary Pino. Unorganized, unhelpful, unethical.

We were amazed and thrilled with the quality of Anytime Movers. Gary and his associate Michael are highly professional, skilled, careful, efficient, and very pleasant, and they wrapped up a huge POD unloading job in a few hours. We would hire them again in a flash!
The guy's came on time. They were very nice and helpful. As soon as they got here they began loading. I would absolutely hire them again as well as recommended them.
Gary and his guys are fantastic!!! They are quick, thoughtful, and communicated every step of the way. Would definitely recommend to friends! Such a great team.
I had just moved into town and I need help unloading my trailer. Anytime moving service was super nice and was able to earlier in the morning which was great for me. Fast and friendly. Highly recommend that you use this moving service. Thank you very much.
