Over $2,000 In Damages to my Brand New Truck I brought my brand new Hyundai Santa Cruz in for a trailer hitch and wiring. Because I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly, I went into the store a week before the scheduled install date and talked to the installer, reviewing the wiring and connector I needed. I guess I should have been forewarned when he began searching on YouTube to find installation videos for my vehicle.
I recently had an experience with the owner of a business location who contacted me regarding my use of language on a personal phone call. According to her, one of her employees, a 17-year-old who is religious, was affected by my language and it was affecting their ability to perform their job. I was surprised by this as I cannot imagine how my personal life could have any bearing on this employee's work performance.
0 Stars.. CARPET LARVAE!!!!! I am so disappointed with the service i had here the lack of sympathy and understanding is disheartening! they did let me take what i could save for no charge. but at what cost. my things are gone... sentimental items i can never get back... i had my storage unit with them for 3 years.
I drove the U-haul a total of 11 miles and was charged a cleaning fee for mud that the front wheels spayed on truck because the truck does not have front mud flaps...everything else was spotless. Being that it rained recently and the store is connected to a dirt road and being that there are no front mud flaps, this store does a great job weaseling an extra $25 from you. Don't rent from them if roads are wet ...I should have listened to the reviews and gone somewhere else.

Jennifer S. was amazing! Professional and courteous and made our preparation for move using U-Boxes super easy. She placed them in some difficult areas to get to that made things convenient for us to pack; and made it look easy the way she drove the fork lift to place them. The whole process was quick and smooth and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
Andy was great to deal with while he installed a trailer hitch on my truck. He was left alone in the shop and managed to deliver great customer service to not only me but other customers while I waited. He is a true gem and I would always recommend this location for his personality and willingness to help. The installation of the hitch was professional and tidy and Andy even allowed me to oversee the process to ensure he was taking care of my brand new truck. This man deserves accolades and a raise. Thanks U-Haul.
We were very happy with the staff. The were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were scheduled to bring the truck back by 9:00 in the morning. We called 8:00 that same morning and they let us extend our lease one more day with no hassles. 😊 …
