These are the most inept bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with PERIOD! Scheduled a move with them after discussing all the specific items to move, was told all of the belongings would fit in a 24 foot truck, ordered and paid extra for the 26 foot truck, supposed to arrive between 7 and 8 A.M., arrived at 9:50, took another hour and forty minutes to start loading.
We regret that Mr. Calhoun had a problem with his move. We agree with him that communication is most important which is why we submit a written proposal to the client by email and again before the move is started. … More
Do not use this company it was nothing but a headache. At first the service was great then we had to cancel three time due to personal but still rescheduled. We paid our deposit and were told to pay half at the load and half at the unload the week before the move we were hounded about the money and when we would pay after it was agreed in text the date then were we accused of not going to pay.

I am writing to share my experience with the moving service. I had scheduled a move and requested a day off work to accommodate it. The scheduled window for the move was between 11 AM and noon. However, when I called at 12:30 PM, I was informed that the movers were handling an unscheduled "emergency" unloading. My immediate question was: Why didn't you call me to inform me that there would be a delay as soon as it happened?

Horrible experience as a whole. Scheduled to move on Saturday received a call that they had a flat not sure why it could be changed but the guy said we could do it do it Sunday early, no show and didn't answer the phone. Called the of was told to be patient, seriously? Gets better or worse actually. Had to reschedule for Monday, luckily had the time to take off. The guys loading the truck very good, made sure all was wrapped up and secure, very friendly (they were contracted). Well 30 miles out truck broke down.

Quoted a great price for an extra stop to move locally from Mesquite to Rowlett My apartment in Rowlett was not ready yet, so the extra stop was delivered to my house. I tried calling on Friday to advise the full move was not going to be able to be completed on Monday. The agent did not answer the phone so I left a message for her. Checked back early Monday morning to make sure the information was received. They charged the full price of $1400.00 to move a room of furniture 2 miles away.

Suggest you delete this before our attorneys see it. You claimed and we replaced a large CURVED screen monitor. Your photo clearly shows the CURVED screen monitor you could not find for us to inspect is really an older cheap FLAT screen that you still have. Fraud has consequences Eli.

I had an awesome most delightful experience with this moving company. The dispatcher Mrs Amy so pleasant and helpful. Great in communication with me the whole time. THE 3 men Driver Antonio, the helpers Marcus, & David were beyond words. Hard workers, not playing around I appreciate that. They move my 1 bdrm out of home in 30 min ( for real, I serious). Then they moved the items to 3rd floor apartment and set up my appliances, bed, dresser , etc. They place the totes in the room it needed to go in.
The movers are so professional and friendly, I will use them again and thank you Amy for your prompt service. I will use you guys again. Cheers
