I was referred to this company by the apartment locator I used and I went with them because the reviews looked decent even tho they were higher than other local companies as there was a $99 fee just to book which was on top of the fuel fee and the hourly fee. The day of the move when they started putting furniture in the truck I noticed an entry table was not wrapped in blankets so I went out to the truck and asked if they could wrap the furniture and was told that they could.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! Johnathan is very rude and try to fast talk you. They charge more than other companies. I made a reservation and had to reschedule within hrs of the reservation and was told I had to pay …
Hi Mrs.Shaquila West This is Jonathan owner of Betos Moving I’m sorry about the situation that you had with your apartment complex also about your nonrefundable booking fee, all Booking Fee are nonrefundable to avoid cancellations or reschedule. It is Company policy.
Do not use their service if you want people who are caring. I was offered a free 2 hour move with Betos for working with an apartment locator named Portia. They asked me to pay a $99 booking fee so I did. Yesterday I picked up my keys to the apartment and found the unit to be in a horrible state. With disgusting odor of Indian food. A catastrophe. I immediately reached out to Betos to tell them of the emergency and asked them to please work with me to reschedule for when the unit is properly ready.
Sorry about happened to you but you already knew that was an NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE and knew about last minute cancellation or reschedule fee.
After utilizing Betos for multiple moves over the past eight years, I regret to inform you that I will no longer engage their services. This particular move was particularly disappointing, as the company’s performance was subpar. Numerous items were damaged, including screws that were lost to my daughter’s bed and other furniture. Furthermore, the walls between two houses were severely damaged and my bedframe is lopsided. It is also noteworthy that Betos only accepts cash payments.
For as slow as they move, they sure do not handle your furniture with care. Felt like they were taking their time to charge me for an additional hour.

Brandon did a wonderful job explaining everything pricing, timing, and asked good questions. They loaded and unloaded their biggest truck twice and simply didn’t slow down.
