Disappointing. I rented a unit next to the elevator because I have to limit walking due to recovering from a broken foot. I arrive on the first day with my first load and the elevator is not working. No idea when it would be. Helpful suggestions were to carry everything up the stairs or walk to the other end of the building to the elevator and walk back with every load. Not a great first time experience.

Kazem is by far the most helpful and kind employee this place has. I’ve had two storages here for about 10yrs and had always intended on combining the two into one but dreaded the hassle of moving everything and felt overwhelmed at the thought. Kazem was beyond helpful when we finally made the move and he went above and beyond to help us with any roadblocks we had making the whole experience more streamlined. Years ago he used to bake cookies for customers to enjoy, which I loved.

The place is conveniently located, well maintained, clean and looking still new. Kazen provided me a nice, courteous and professional service.
