This company is dishonest and trucks! After the first low quote I guess you get passed on to another company which I want aware of and that company gives you a larger quote right before your move( so it's too late to change companies at that point) and then that company continues to raise the price while there packing you up! And then after you're forced into paying 3 times the amount your were originally quoted by the first company, they write with a sharpie all over your items!

Our Move out in Austin was solid and the move into our new home was really bad. We never got a call the day before the move in or any updates prior to the delivery until the day of. Then we were missing a couch, tv, and several other items and customer support couldn’t locate the items. They delivered the next day and I asked support to do the right thing because we’re paying an arm and a leg to move and I never heard back from them after that. Next move we’ll be sure to choose someone else.

Parking in a Anti Grid Lock Zone, during rush hour has gotten you unwanted attention. Signs clearly posted not to stop there. You closed an entire lane. Super rude to everyone, not to mention illegal.

This is the worst moving company ever . If I could I would give this 0 start . Please do not go to this company . I scheduled this application 2 week Advance to move into the same complex just different unit . I talk to Micheal and told me the price wasn’t the problem , over phone I said I have 2 bed frame with mattress and 3 tv one on the wall that they said they will take down , sectional couch and tv stand and small vanity that I need help moving . He told me okay no problem we will send two men.

We were told that everything is wrapped and protected and only upon request would it not be wrapped and protected. Item were packed prior to being ready in a bedroom and the kitchen and are still missing (knife set and scissors). We have a light fixture that no longer works and an addition lamp cover that is cracked. In addition there was a family table that had a hole in the middle and all four sides of the table were damaged. We also had to leave items behind because it wouldnt fit in the moving truck.

The movers were late, they entered the information wrong after our initial consultation, they are trying to bring two more movers and are increasing our price by 2.5 times, the estimated time to move was initially 3 hours now they are saying 8-10 hours. We literally have 15 storage boxes which btw i moved them all outside already myself, two beds a table some small light thin cabinets.

Worst moving experience over my last 4 moves. They arrived 1.5 hours later then their arrival window, which resulted in my belongings having to be stored overnight in their storage. Come move-in day, many of my objects were damaged, broken, and even missing. One of my boxes where I stored my medication was COMPLETELY EMPTY and I had to get a new prescription and other boxes were clearly rummaged through or repacked as they were not returned to me packed in the same manner.

If you want all your furniture and personal items to be damaged and thrown and shoved in the moving truck then this is the company for you. They lie about prices and delivery dates and time.they hide things from the contract. They don’t offer you insurance for your things even though you can purchase it The manager only said things happen. So on top of the 6,000 delivery charge I have to replace my damaged items
