Subject: URGENT WARNING: Avoid Using Around the Clock Movers (Mesquite, TX) – Allegations of Deception and Double Billing To Whom It May Concern / Community Members, I am writing to share a critical and urgent warning regarding my recent experience with **Around the Clock Movers** in Mesquite, Texas, to help others avoid significant financial loss, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.
Worst move we have had after 9 military moves. There is damage to many items and the owner/movers are unresponsive and never follow up regarding repair to damaged items. Initial quotes were incorrect, poor communication regarding delivery dates, owner always blames everyone and does not take responsibility for anything. Definitely would use any mover but this company. Addendum - there was never a call or response from the owner, nor was there any follow up.

Just lost my business because they didnt try to get it. Called 10 minutes ago and spoke with a gentleman about getting someone out due to my other movers cancelling last minute on me. The guy is on the phonr chewing food and talking ad couldnt be less interested in what im saying. Told me all the movers were booked, provided absolutely poor customer service and gave me absolutely no other options. Ridiculous
We apologize for not being able to fit you in. We would have definitely would have loved to have moved you, if we had availability.
They told me last minute that the truck was in the shop & it was going be available the day I’m supposed to move in my new apartment so unprofessional. Then goin tell me I get my deposit 7-10 business days I sent you your deposit when you ask do not use this company

I was told that it would be $160 an hour and $100 travel fee to move my belongs for 2 hours from Forney to Forney and it’s only 5 mins away. My family and I helped moved things and the movers finished in 1.5 hours and demanded that I pay $600. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Keep searching!
We do have a 2 hour minimum and it is stated on the work order. Wish you had of given us a cal if you were upset. We would be glad to look up the job and gone over this. We would need the name the ob was under, as we don’t show a Latavia Glover.
Looked on my receipt and in the charge description the gentleman added a pool table, the crazy thing is that I don't own a pool table. Definitely pay attention to the sketchy practices. Would I recommend absolutely not, moving is hectic …

Paid $1000 for a 1 bedroom move, movers took their sweet time to move everything. Also paid for deposit which should have been refundable and wasn’t. Definitely do not recommend it

Was scheduled to come tow my car. My wife and kids were stranded on the side of the freeway for 3 hours. They never came. Don’t use this company!!!!

Scott and his team were amazing! They helped us pack everything in boxes and easily disassembled furniture to get it out the door. They were very quick, efficient and careful with all our belongings and when they moved everything into the new apartment they re-assembled all the furniture and placed everything in all the right places. I think Around the clock Moving & storage number one moving company in area!! Thank you so much!!
