Mr. Ellison filed a claim which was reviewed by a qualified analyst, certified by the American Moving & Storage Association. The adjustment was consistent with the information provided by Mr. Ellison, the terms and conditions of coverage including published exclusions and applicable federal law.
I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Avivi Moving and Storage during my international move. This was, by far, the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a moving company. I decided to use your services because of the attractive deal offered during the quoting process, as well as the guarantees and delivery promises presented by your salesperson, Ana Ilic.

I made a moving reservation and called 2 weeks prior and 1 week prior to confirm all the details. On the day of, they did not show up. Once I finally got a hold of Aviv Movers, they kept on stringing me along until their office closed. By this point it was hours after my reserved moving window. Four hours after my moving window, the truck driver called to say he was on the way.
Update to business reply: We wish to remain anonymous. We did reach out to management at Aviv Movers and our concerns were very poorly addressed and we were directed to make a claim through insurance which would maybe have provided 1% of the damage incurred. We have previously moved with Aviv, but they have less seasoned movers in their employ and while admitting they are less professional still feel it okay to impose them upon clients.

I booked AVIV Moving & Storage for a short-distance move of about 5 miles. I must give the movers I worked with full credit on dissembling and relocating the majority of the furniture; however (and this is a big *however*), my wife & I purchased a fairly expensive (~$4,000) American Leather Madden Couch to which I cautioned the operator when booking the appointment, as well as the movers performing the move, that it would require disassembly to relocate it into the new home.
Probably fine if you don’t have nice furniture. They tried to dissuade me from insurance the first haul, and i got anyway, so they left my nicest pieces for the next round. Got talked out of the insurance the next time - one antique is missing a full drawer- another has a huge chip out of the front. Nobody has called me back about this. They also spent hours trying to convince me it was impossible to remove two pieces of furniture from my home, saying the house must have been modified (it wasn’t).
Extremely sloppy customer service, late shipping, and very overpriced ! Please read and stay away from Aviv. My stuff was picked up from my home in Boston more than 20 days back and put in storage by Aviv. After more than 20 days now, there …

I HIGHLY recommend using Aviv movers! I moved out of a 1st floor Somerville apartment to a 4th floor walk up apartment in the North End Boston. The entire move took 4 hours start to finish. The 3 movers were so hardworking, careful with my belongings, knowledgeable on how to maneuver the tight staircase, and best of all very nice to be around all morning. They took apart and then reassembled my IKEA bed so quickly. They wrapped my dresser in moving blankets to ensure it didn't scratch.
Did a long distance interstate move with Aviv Moving and Storage and had an excellent experience! The movers were on time and very efficient and professional. The coordinator, Michael always answered/returned my calls and remained on point with the original contract. I would definitely use this company again!

Fantastic move experience with Rony and team! They stormed the house early in the morning, packed with both speed and delicate attention, loaded and unloaded, took furniture apart and reassembled them, and all with the best attitude and with extreme expertise. You guys were the best.
