I hired Milvus Moving to help me moving 5 pieces of furniture same-day from an apartment in NY with strict moving rules to my MA house. The day before the move, they called me to inform me that they had scheduled another move the morning before mine but not to worry - they would at most be "an hour late" from the 12-2pm window quoted. The day of the move - I called to check in to see if things were progressing with the other move... no response.
NO SHOW!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! We’ve scheduled a move at 8am Sunday and the movers didn’t show up at all! And no one answered the phone, no one replied to urgent voicemails, no one replied to emails, simply no way to contact them at all. We have to re-arrange everything. Very disappointed!!!
