Awful company. Had multiple issues with the office, specifically Russ, one of the owners Had a two day move (one day to pack up my old house, one day to unload into my new house, with overnight storage between the two days). Despite me over estimating the rundown of the items to be moved, they came with a big box truck, and a small box truck. I thought no big deal, as long as they fit everything. Midway through the move, the owner, Russ came and exchanged the small second truck for a bigger truck.
UPDATE: For what it's worth, the artwork with the damaged frames was brought to a framer, and the cost to repair the artwork and reframe totaled $10,000. That's not a typo. Thank you so much LEXEL for ruining my art and costing me $10,000. UPDATE: The second half of the move was just completed, and when the artwork arrived, the frames were severely damaged. This was due to the way that the art was wrapped.

Beware of this company they are not honest about their quotes. Our move ended up costing 50% more than the "estimate" provided. Lexel added all sort of hidden charges to our bill.

There are no words to describe how much I regret hiring this company. They came into our home and behaved in an aggressive, arrogant, frightening and disrespectful way. It is my opinion that the behavior of these people is closer to that of a street gang than a professional moving company. We have contacted the police.

Spam company that has suspect advertising practices. I have tried to have my number and email removed from their marketing with no success. Why would you need to text people repeatedly years after they have moved?

I had a fantastic experience with this moving crew! Pedro, Oscar, Jeremiah, and Alexis were outstanding. They were professional, punctual, hardworking, and handled all of my belongings with great care. The team worked efficiently while still taking the time to protect my furniture and make sure everything arrived safely. Moving is stressful, but they made the entire process so much easier.

Lexel moving recently helped me with my Boston to NYC move. They made the whole process easy & hassle free. Nick was super responsive, answered all my questions. The quote provided was very reasonable compared to what others were offering. On moving day, Gabriel and Jose made sure everything was packed up with care. They took the best care of all the furniture, and also made sure everything was properly assembled back in NYC as well. They were easy to talk & work with overall. Highly recommend!!!
