Broke washer and wont answer the phone. I don’t think they have liability insurance. Very disappointed as I now have to go through my own insurance company. Brand new washer and all they want is to replace it with a part from somewhere. Edit- to add response to owner I have text messages to show I asked for your liability insurance information and you refused to give it.

Broke TV and didn’t say anything. Offered only $100 to make things right after trying to say it was not their fault. My client chose them because they are the cheapest per hour, but they will eat up windshield time. Ended up being $600 higher than the other quote she got.

I sent in a list of household items that needed to be moved plus a visual of the same items. I was told that all items could be put on their truck. So many of our items were left that now we have to send more time (four and a half and hours one way) money (to rent our own truck) to go back and retrieve our items.

We moved locally and had Major and Scott as our moving crew. I honestly cannot say enough about how terrific our crew was.They were incredible. Major and Scott were polite, funny, and moved incredibly fast while being cautious of our items. The company was great with communication as well. We will definitely use them in the future!
Used them today for loading services. Arrived on time, brought supplies (some for purchase) and were very time efficient. everything was wrapped and loaded perfectly! Would absolutely recommend
Today, I received an amazing service from this moving company as I had some big furniture items that needed to be disassembled and reassembled at a new apartment. The movers, Major & Jake, were awesome. They moved everything I needed to be moved in just two hours, while moving the items safely and efficiently. They are also fun and humorous, which improves my mood during the move in.
I just want to say this company is great for all moving needs. I hired a moving company before I hired this company and it was a total disaster never use the Handy app. This company accommodated all my needs last minute were even willing to complete the service same day but I was able to just take a breather and start fresh the next day. They called before their appointment, was on time and got right to work job was completed in no time.
Thank you so much for using us and the awesome support we try our best for customers as your self! Our main goal is for everyone to be moved safely and be happy as a result!
