B C & R Storage Company and Matt, went above and beyond to help us when we were in a difficult situation. We were having an issue with a load that had been loaded incorrectly at the original shipper, leaving us overweight on the trailer and unable to slide the tandems far enough to meet the receiver’s requirements. The receiver would not accept the load, and we could not find anyone else in the area willing to help.
These guys are excellent lady innoffice treat very good with drivers and the loader (forklifter) he’s also soo good 😌 have appointment at 1pm but check in early at 8am loaded me within 30 minutes thnxx guys hope to see you again ❤️🫡 …
First time here here to be loaded checked in at 10:00 a.m. was sent straight to the door and loading started immediately after I set my brakes bills in hand by 10:45 a.m. I would definitely come back here again
