Someone cut the lock off of my storage unit and stole a lot of my stuff. I cleaned the rest of my unit out today and I will never rent an outside unit again. Even tall fences and barbed wire could not keep thieves out!!! …

Beware!!!!! #1Posted hours are not correct ( you ask what time they close? Response is, was wanting to leave by 2). Not just one time but 3 times set up appointments, just for no one to be there. #2 RAT INFESTATION!!!! Upon cleaning building out, I was notified that I need to sweep out rat droppings. ( Notified them, as bad as rats are here you might want to call a exterminator). #3 Very hard to get any deposit back. Strongly advise to shop for storage elsewhere.
Do not use them for uhaul services. Called multiple times (day prior and morning of) only to arrive at an empty office. When I called to see if I can get someone to help, they said someone will be by in ten minutes. Waited one hour in summer heat until I had to call uhaul to make other arrangements. 50 bucks off for my troubles.
Call Call Call No one answers and the recorded message just hangs up on you. Drive by and offices locked. No one anywhere on premises. Sign says be back a 2pm, is after 3pm... Excuses - Excuses - Excuses. Promised thigs will be better, etc. Lies, Lies, Lies. Keep looking. Not this place! Run by a bunch or morons. I give up...
I’m so sorry about this! The office is open by appointment only because of Covid 19. We do have a 24 hour answering service but there have been days that we have had trouble with that as well. Please reach out to us again if there is anything we can do for you.
There's screws sticking out of the walls, stuff is exposed to the elements, it's practically a small poorly constructed tin shack

I rented a unit here for 2 years and just recently relocated. If you’re looking for storage at a reasonable price this is the place! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they are always available. 24 hour access and I always felt safe there even in the wee hours. Good people, good price. A++++
Looks amazing. Management is on top of things and they’ve turned it around. Communicative, fair, and responsive. They’ve done a ton of work on it (new paint, keypads, and were working on the office to refresh it). Highly recommend storing your stuff here!
My first and best storage I’ve maintained they are understanding, efficient, and very welcoming. I will not go to a different storage EVER in life they treat me with the utmost respect and love working with them.
I have been with these guys for years and I have never had any problems with these units. The manager Ms Cheryll is so very understanding and nice and will definitely try to help you with anything she can. It’s always someone available anytime of day to connect with for any questions.
