Absolutely Horrible. Several of my belongings were Damaged and Stolen here, the owner even accused me of giving someone else my key and allowing another human to do all of this and refused to be held liable. All of my boxes were torn open, things scattered all over the floor and someone else's belongings were even in my storage unit!! It looked like someone else had been living there while I was away. I paid $70 a month for two months and am now out over one thousand dollars worth of personal belongings.
Don't go there. Use another location if you can. Very disrespectful staff. Went there 8:30 per the message I got from U-Haul. They didn't open till 9:05 even though they knew we were waiting for them outside. When we went in he said they aren't usually open on Sunday but he's being a "Christian" and doing me a favor. That was a lie to begin with. And when I asked isn't this your address in the message from U-Haul, he said: "get that out of my face!" in all rudeness. He didn't do a walk through and provided no help.
This place is a sham; multiple units broken into and items damaged or taken. Seems to be the owner just tells everyone "you gave your key to someone else" and of course the security footage is "damaged or unobtainable" for police to view. Reported this place to BBB. What's the point of even having a lock if your unit is just going to be rummaged through and items stolen. This place is a total joke and should be shut down.
This place and the owner are terrible. Many of my valuable belongings were stolen and some left horribly damaged. Some of the items that were stolen include a lowrider bike and hundreds of Prismacolor pencils. Several of my art pieces were …
U-haul Renters beware. Rented a truck for a day recently. When I received my receipt for charges, mileage charges were double what were actual. My rental traveled from Woodland to Davis and back equaling 11 miles each way (22). …
Do not rent from these people I repeat do not they have a new company running it just raised up all the rent without sending notices it used to be a good place

Jeffrey and his receptionist are TRULY COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE... I absolutely love them... Always clean storage facilities, very nice upgraded units... He is MORE THAN FAIR, and has a HUGE ANGELIC HEART... I LOVE YOU JEFF
