In their own words
Had our unit broken into and all of our stuff stolen. They keep the doors wide open all day for easy access. THey claim that they don't even know how to run the cameras so getting the footage of who did it is like pulling teeth. Its beginning to look very odd to me.
My wife and I just moved from Stow It and will never rent from this place again. We we stored some of our belongings beginning in 10/2013 with our rent not to go up per my rental agreement. Cliff and Wanda were great. Then the ownership changed and thus began the insurance requirement which I refused to pay. The owners would not honor my agreement from 2013 and did not ask for a new agreement and raised the rent and now requires you to sign in to visit your unit.
Horrible customer service with a man that works there. He was rude and unhelpful. Just moved to woodland ca , and the first person we meet and encounter was him and he did nothing but Holler about us parking in the wrong spot, yelled at my kid, and was unhelpful with any questions we had. Left happy to not use there storage area!
I was so unhappy with this storage place. I didn't have any types of bugs or roaches yet when I left there were full of roaches. I was "d a price but then when I got there they changed the price and it was very expensive each month. I don't recommend this place plus their hours are not convenient.

I would not recommend this storage to anyone for 200$ I got a unit that constantly needed to be cleaned of rat droppings eventually found dead rat in unit because of this all furniture was lost and if you have children be weary on bringing …

Hard to drive a large U-Haul in this place. Other places are much easier to move the truck around. Be careful with uhauls here.
