Worst experience ever. Lazy, unprofessional staff that don’t really understand what they are doing. Talk too much to each other and on the phone. Sometimes just staying in the room and talking. Was told that moving will take 4-5 hours, may be a little longer. When it was almost 7 hours since they started I asked how much time they need to complete everything and was told that “up to 4 more hours”. This is crazy! They ruined our day completely!
I would suggest going with another moving company, if at all possible. I have never left another Google review but felt that this was necessary. After reading the other positive reviews (dating back to 2017) I was confident in my choice. Additionally, John Bedoya agreed to do the move last minute which was helpful because I was unable to get in touch with my prior movers.

Beware of this scam: they sent an estimate for fixed amount of hours, then 3 movers were constantly talking and doing one thing all together and very unprofessionally, to extend the amount of work. They also drove 1.5 hours for a 10 miles trip with almost no traffic, then damaged property and left work uncompleted after I refused to buy additional time.

I had a wonderful experience with Bedoya Moving for my daughter's college move. They ensured that all our packages were delivered on time to their warehouse. They were shipped from CT to FL which was making nervous but the entire delivery process went very smooth. They included measures to prevent any damages. I was able to pick up my boxes at their facility in Florida where Joe had everything ready for me to pick up. Great company!!! Great staff!!!
