We recently hired Upstairs Downstairs Moving to help move my mom from her home of 60 years into a condo. This was a big emotional transition for her, especially as she’s living with dementia. The team was absolutely wonderful — kind, patient, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They arrived right on time, treated my mom and her belongings with care and respect, and made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and manageable. What really stood out was their empathy and understanding.
Very hands on, personable and efficient. Bryan Reilly followed up on every open question. We had a three stage move, and it was carried out smoothly. Would heartily recommend them to others.
