In their own words
The employees caused a leak in our unit, damaging about $450.00 worth of stuff. They took no responsibility, offered only to push us to the insurance policy that required receipts to prove how much of a loss it was. They were rude, seemed to blame us, and then doubled billed us because we moved lockers. So, we closed out our locker after 5 years. During that time, prices have doubled, and customer service sems absent. Rent at your own risk. There are better places.

I am dissatisfied with the inconsistent pricing and the overall lack of customer respect. My price is never the same, which is a major issue. Additionally, removing the trash can from inside the facility is inconvenient, as there is now no way to dispose of small trash while at the location. If you like to deal with incompetent people and pay more every month then this is a great place for you.

Clean facility, awesome rates, and they even have a free moving truck to move in. The staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them for all your storage needs.
Hi Jennifer, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at Bee Safe Storage! Thanks again for the recommendation, and have an amazing day!
Great place for storage. Clean, clutter free, straightforward. Large moving carts near the entrances for use, elevators don’t pause, well lit, dry, and cool. Got a welcome kit with a lock for the door, and the gentleman at the front was kind when I told him I wasn’t sure what to do. (My email hadn’t come through yet.) Online registration was easy to do, clear for instructions, and I didn’t have to worry if I wasn’t sure of any detail, as they had a hotline.
