In their own words
I reserved a unit on the website Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised when contacted within a short time. After a conversation with Suki (owner) the necessary preliminaries were completed and in less than 24 hours the unit reserved was rented. The process was fast and convenient. Suki was prompt to respond and professional. I was completely satisfied and would recommend Fast Casual Storage.
Thanks so much. We love helping our guests!!! Welcome to Fast Casual Storage. Don't forget to tell your friends about us !!!!
The check-in and checkout process was a quick and easy, and the truck did a good job. The back of the truck was not cleaned out, but it wasn’t horrible and we were able to use some of the furniture blankets left over from the previous rental for free so it balanced out. All in all, I would definitely rent from this location again.
Thank you for your feedback. We will ensure to keep an eye on the trucks and their condition when they come in. Look forward to helping you in the future.
Fast Casual Storage was great! I rented a one way U-haul and they worked with my timeline, drop off locations, and mileage to make sure I had everything I needed. There was prompt communication and the U-haul functioned seamlessly. I greatly appreciated all their help, and would highly recommend for any rental needs.
Thank you and best wishes to you.
The definition of FAST belongs to this team! I reached out by phone and received a quote almost immediately. We then continued the process over text, where I sent the information they needed. Within minutes, I received my login details, signed the agreement, and paid the fee online. Shortly after, I was given full access. I'm honestly so impressed...I was able to complete everything while on vacation without any hassle. I wish I could give you 100 stars! I'll definitely be letting others know of your service.
Thanks so much for your kind words!! Enjoyed helping you and welcome to Fast Casual Storage.
