Please read this whole review.. it’s a little long .. This Company is the worst organization I have ever tried to do business with they agreed to move me from Brooklyn to Queens and gave me a ridiculous quote of $1200.. times are really rough for me so I had a third party pay them they agreed to that payment method so they gave me a move out date on the invoice I packed my things promising my landlord I’d be moving out on the date agreed to by them I showed her the invoice .
I am so disappointed at the lack of compassion and care provided. Belongs being tossed in bags with no courtersy of damages. If a legal document was presented why ignore and make an executive decision to bypass a law. It is disgusting how when an individual is in crisis employees refuse to obliged by orders in place and move regretfully. When inquired about accessing belongings an insane fee was requested. How can this facility receive 4.5 stars when customer service, dignity and respect is nonexistence.
This company stole a couple thousand dollars worth of belongings from me and my family during one of the most scary and difficult moments we have ever been through. Stay far away, and if you are going through an eviction do not trust them with your property! They are THIEVES and will steal anything of value.
Movers will steal from a pregnant mother, Do not hire these people , The movers are thieves, worse than Robin Hood , they take from people that’s already down. My landlord has zero decency, ordered for my stuff to be removed the same day I was moving into my new apartment, Bennett movers picked, and choose what to bring it to the warehouse. And they will unfortunately pick and choose what they want to take home with them.
