Ben and the guy that came along with him were very late upon arrival. Unassembled and moved few items for a premium charge. Once they moved the items they didn't want to reassemble the items which would only take 5 minutes to do as they had the tools. Instead they left us stranded at the apartment without any tools. First he said they were running late and then he was trying to haggle more money for assembly. I said I would even pay more but he wanted double the amount I was able to offer.
Sorry to see such a review on our profile but there are always 2 sides to every story and our all 5-Star reviews will prove that; this is the most unethical and disrespectful customer we have served since starting our company. … More
I booked Ben's Movers based on the reviews I saw. I was disappointed in the quality of their work. They dented my Standup freezer in several spots, scratched a couple of chairs, chipped a dresser and scuffed the sofa. They did not seem to …

Ben’s helped me unload a container today. I was told ahead of time that it would be an hourly and there was a 2.5 hour minimum. Ok, no problem. They got to my house a little after 10, so I was expecting their help until 1230. The container was empty and most items were in their general areas by 11. So, I figured they could help me unbox the furniture and put the items away (almost all patio furniture). The main guy got a huge attitude and said “We’re movers!

Just wanting to share my experience. I received a quote moving from St Catharines to Niagara falls. I was quoted $720 for 4 hours with three men. $150 per hour after the 4 hours. I thought okay. Moving Day July 23rd they arrived at my apartment at 9:30, however their records showed 9:10. I didn't say anything. I told the lead hand that I have a storage cubby with approximately 12 bins that had to be moved as well. He said okay. I have a cream coloured sofa that I asked to be wrapped.

No hurry to move anything, no motivation to make it a quick move. Doors left wide open when finished as well as when taking smoke break, in negative 5 Celsius weather! No effort put into placement of furniture.
Hi Irene, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Our team is allowed a 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work, and they had to move a bit more cautiously due to the ice and snow on your driveway to avoid injury or damaging any items.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend these guys enough! They moved my heavy treadmill from my garage to my upstairs bedroom, and they made what seemed like an impossible job look easy. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and took great care with both my home and the treadmill. Communication was fantastic from the moment I reached out, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were clearly experienced. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was positioned exactly where I wanted it.
Ben and the guys have been extremely helpful with all 3 of my moves 😂. Not only are they fast and affordable but especially careful (my sewing machines appreciate you for that) I don’t regret sticking with them, I do regret leaving the area …
