Did not deliver what was supposed to be moved, and overcharged for it as well. Do NOT use this vendor- you can do better.

They took advantage of an older lady, doing a job that took 2 of us 2 hours took 4 of them 7 hours. Would not recommend ever.
Steve, the service that you have described is not indicative of the service provided by this business. We do not cut corners when giving customer service, we do not overcharge and we do not take advantage of any customer regardless of their age, situation, or needs.

A fast, friendly, and efficient move! From the first contact with Amanda at Betsy's Moving, I knew that I'd called the right place. She fit in our move at relatively short notice and communication was clear and prompt. I felt in good and trustworthy hands right away. Our movers, Christian and Jeremiah, showed up on time and were professional, friendly, and took great care with the furniture. They asked thoughtful questions about the items we wanted moved.

In a world where it's hard enough to find someone who will simply "meet their commitments" this organization is "five stars" all the way! We've worked with Betsy over a period of four years and 4 moves, as my father moved from independent living to assisted living to memory care to his final move from the pains of this life. I can't say enough about Betsy and her team. She was there when she said she would be. The team was incredibly well-organized, competent and careful.

Betsy and her crew made our move completely painless, in spite of challenging circumstances. First, they had to shuttle things down stairs and down a steep driveway. Then, power was out on move-in day and she and her crew carried everything up 3 flights of stairs. What a crew! They were fast, efficient, well prepared, very pleasant and very professional in their communications. There were absolutely no surprises in the bill. Everything was discussed beforehand at the consultation.

The first time we hired Betsy's Moving, it was to move my mom (with memory issues) into an assisted living facility. They were prompt, professional, fast and efficient! The prices were very reasonable and they were all really just genuinely nice people. The second time we hired them was very unexpected and just 6 weeks later, to move her yet again. They didn't hesitate to say "whatever you need!" and fit us in to a very small window of time that worked for OUR schedules.
Big hugs to you Bethany. I can only imagine the emotions you and your family are enduring during this time. The least we can do is be kind, genuine, and HUMAN. We hope that we allowed you to stay as relaxed as possible so mom could do the same. We are here for you whenever you may need us again.
