Avoid hiring unless you’re ok with the owner ignoring you when trying to resolve an issue that they’ve acknowledged. A big item was broken (our ceiling fan)and we were assured by the crew on site that this would be resolved within “a week or two”. Other small items (s crib) during the move were scuffed but I don’t need resolution for those things and I never would have mentioned it but now I feel the need too.
BEWARE! This company rented me a truck was way too small and then my moving fees were way more because we had to load the truck twice because of its size. Big scammers and their worker are underpaid. Moe is quite the 'unprofessional, asking me to move my moving date twice and take to accommodate his needs!! A quote doesn't mean anything. Save yourself the headache and book with a professional company

Had five pieces of furniture to move. Got to the house where the furniture was at, took very special care of my antique dressers, then we drove to my place to bring the furniture in. Less than three hours and the price was wonderful and I will recommend these men to anyone who is looking for a mover. Very impressive.

I cannot recommend Binbrook Moving enough! The team of movers who helped me with my move were absolutely fantastic. They worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was packed and loaded safely and efficiently. They even went above and beyond by helping me disassemble and reassemble some of my furniture, which was a huge help. The communication leading up to the move was great, and the movers arrived on time and ready to work.
We used Binbrook movers twice. Once to move from St. Catherine's to Hamilton, then again from Hamilton West Mountain to East Mountain. They were AWESOME both times. Professional, quick and careful. Highly recommend for a professional move for a good price.
I recently hired Binbrook Movers to assist with my move from a house to an apartment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. The team included Mark, Cameron Safi, and Mosa. Mark, one of the owners, was present at the start to ensure everything went smoothly, then left the rest of the move in the capable hands of Cameron, who took the lead. This phenomenal team carefully wrapped and protected all the furniture, ensuring nothing was damaged.
This is my Third time. The reason I always use them is because of the exceptional service that they provide. Mark came down and set everything up thankful that they’re able to help us again. Cam took care of the organization in the truck while the other two guys didn’t stop and I’m so sorry I have forgotten their names. They went above and beyond I had this large TV that’s moved with me the three times that I had forgotten to put back on the truck.
