Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving

i hired these knuckleheads to move me from St George Ont to Mount hope Ont. what a disaster. arrived 15 minutes late, then when loading, proceeded to kick and break the mirror of my dresser then argued it "fell out of its frame... oh and not insured as it was not in its original box" ... buggered up the head of my washing machine, spilt the load in the truck prior to delivery... a couple of boxes totally split open... (and my boxes were not filled heavy)..

While I'm confident the paying customer's interaction with the movers was good, my experience was not. Kyle (who told me numerous times his father owned the company) was rude, aggressive and defensive without cause from the moment we met. Being the caretaker of the property, I asked how long they would be to help determine the best place for them to park. Kyle made sure to let me know that I was not his boss and he would do what he wanted.

I recently hired this company to move on feb 16. I would like to give a higher rating because the movers Devon, Aaron and Adrian were amazing. Great guys, very professional they knew exactly what they were doing.During the move the hardware to my refrigerator door went missing rendering my refrigerator useless. I’m pretty reasonable. I get that things happen, somehow in the chaos the hardware went missing. My issue is the poor follow up, lack of communication and assistance from the owner/main office.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY！We made an appointment from 1pm to 4pm but they comes about 5 pm. When they saw I couldn't book the elevator because the landlord said all elevator are used at that time. The moving company are late so they disrupt my schedule. THEN, they refused to use the regular elevator and just left. Their manager said they just go to the next destination to work and will come back at 7pm.

Do NOT use this company. They appear friendly and helpful but if given a chance, they rip you off. I had two of their guys helping me move appliances. One of the fridges, my landlady's, was catastrophically broken when they dropped and rolled it. After being told I could call and start a claim with their office at the end of the move, they completed the move without incident. At the end, they had me sign the document stating it was complete.

Avoid this moving company at all costs! There must be a lot of fake reviews on here! My Fiance and I used their services 2 months ago. Let's just say that there were quite a few valuable things missing during the move, even money out of my handbag! In all of my years, I have never in my life had this happen with any of my moves. I found out that one of the employees has a criminal record and can't travel to the states, are you kidding?

When my family and I moved, we decided to go with this company due to being insured and having decent reviews. Worst decision we ever made. When we initially called, they stated they would send someone over to give us a quote. The bad vibes started when the guy showed up 45 minutes late. I should have took this as a sign. On moving day, we asked again if they were insured and if everything was covered against damage and the guy said “absolutely”.

Summary: Two Small Men With Big Hearts did not do their research, left me in the lurch and took my money with no service. We reached out to TMSWBH to help us move from our apartment, we live on a hill so it's a pretty tough job, but they said they were up to it. Greg and Kyle came to the apartment to quote us and it all seemed reasonable. They were interested in renting the unit as well for company lodging, so I gave them information on that.
