Morrison’s moving disappointed me, they gave me 2 different prices and then once I moved it was 700$ more, the one guy who was helping liked to talk back when it wasn’t even about him, very disrespectful. When I asked where they had put a screw for something there was no response..

Very disappointed. I called them because I'm a senior & I wanted them to pack & unpack me. I believed the website & trusted them even though red flags were going off in my head after getting vague verbal "confirmations" about unpacking & removing the boxes & packing paper after I signed the contract. They unpack the wardrobes, but not boxes not even the ones they packed. Photos are attached of 2 rooms in my condo after they left. I was packed on a Monday, moved on Tuesday.

This is the second time we hired Morrison with the first being A++ on all accounts. This particular time we chose Morrison since the owner, Michael Morrison personally came out to provide us with a quote and assured us that IF there were any issues, they “don’t mess around” and will rectify the issues immediately! 1. We had a damaged wall in the house we moved out of. 2. The door to the basement was ripped out of one of the hinges. I replaced/repaired that at my own cost and time during the day of move. 3.
We apologize for any misunderstandings and or lack of communication over this issue. Due to the hectic work schedule over the last couple of months, coupled with the Covid 19 protocols, the office has been inundated with phone calls, paperwork inquiries, bookings etc.
Started out great we even went out on the way to the new house to buy each mover a LCBO gift card as a tip... but as the day wore on it got worse... We asked them to come later as we knew there would be a key wait ... They showed up earlier than the original time we agreed on and charged us from when they left their shop (about 2 mins from our house) charged 30 min... Broken couch leg which I asked to be put on sheet and was told it's fine it wasn't it was cracked in half then screwed back that way...

This company was quick and efficient in getting me a very quick and desirable quote... however that is where the "good" stops. Before my move, my ex-partner used their services to move her belongings a week before mine. On moving day, they took 2 hours to load up her belongings and while there was no mention of it in the quote, they wrote on the bill "* Four Hour Minimum" , essentially doubling the bill price for that day... HUGE RED FLAG to start.... Now for my move a week later.... 1.
The in house estimate for both partners was documented on who and what the customers would be taking on the move date. Hence the quote was provided to each based on the assurance that all would be packed up and ready for our movers. Customers also stated they would be getting rid of a few items.
Rather than write out all the sorry details of our extremely disappointing experience with Morrison Moving, I’ll try to be fair and also to summarize: Final takeaway: I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. Positives: - Mr. Morrison Sr. impressed me greatly when he came to give the quote. He explained that their workers are full-time employees, well trained and well remunerated. His quote also came in slightly lower than the others.

They sent me a quote without telling me that they might not be able to do the move and when I confirmed I was told that I am being bumped for a bigger move. I called them and they couldn't care less that I was being left stuck. I ended up calling Falla movers who worked with me to figure something out. edit-It was last minute but I was told there was space open not space contingent on someone else's move.

Sorry folks, my experience with Morrison Movers was bad. 10 of my dishes were broken, my good dishes at that. Half of the backing of my good dresser was rippped apart. My leather chair has rips in it. NEVER AGAIN WOULD i USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! To make things worse, they charged me over what I was quoted (tax included) I triple wrapped every single thing that was fragile and wrapped blankets around on the inside of box. The outside of boxes that were fragile were marked as fragile in big black marker.
