Went to purchase a queen box spring 9/30/24. Sales assoc. Very nice and professional. 2 options $190 and $350. The one i was replacing very cheaply made. Not purchased at Bitneys. I wanted high quality and i was told made by the Amish. I thought I’ll spend more for high quality. Got it home, up a ladder to put it in. I took off the plastic, noticed the black mesh had come loose and looked at how it was built. I went and got a tape measure 2.5” x 5/8” slats with some 2x4’s.
We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Bitneys including a couch, loveseat and a tv console. After having the tv console for about 11 months we started seeing signs of yellowing on the front and sent pictures to Lance at bitneys to warranty to the piece. We were told it would be roughly 6 weeks before we would get a new one to replace ours. It has now been 11 weeks and still no stand and now the piece is back ordered.
Way too snooty for Kalispell. I told a saleswoman I was looking for a dining room set for around $1,200 or less and she honestly said to me, "Oh, I don't think you will find that" and walked away. No salesperson came up to me the rest of …
Everyone in there is stuck up. Don't come over to help you. I got my furniture at Conlins. Great staff, very helpful. Very pleased.
I apologize Stacey for your experience. I'm not sure when you had come in and I wont make any excuses but I can assure you that I will be talking with my staff to make sure that everyone who comes in are greeted and helped in a timely manner.

Super experience with the purchase of a couch. Trish did a great job of making the sale, scheduling delivery and was very responsive to an additional need. The delivery team was top notch. Did an excellent job communicating and moving couches without any damage to the couches or my house.
