We had an absolutely wonderful experience! He cleaned and tuned our piano with incredible attention to detail and care—you can truly tell he takes pride in his work. On top of that, he took extra time to explain things to us and even taught my kids some piano basics, which they loved. He was patient, knowledgeable, and so thorough. Our piano sounds amazing, and the whole experience felt educational and personal, not rushed at all. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using him again. Highly recommend!
