Conlin's Furniture

This place is a joke. Originally, I had purchased my sectional through Conlins Kalispell. Everything went smoothly during the purchase, but once I got my couch home, I realized that the ottoman I had on order wasn’t going to fit in my living room. I called Conlins and asked them to cancel my order for the ottoman, and just refund the amount back onto the card I used. There was issues with them processing the refund, and I was told that I needed to come to the store for the refund.

We are extremely dissatisfied with the customer service we have received at the Kalispell store. We thought after being able to return the first two chairs that didnt work for us, and purchasing two more that same day we would see our new chairs within a week to a week and a half. It has now been almost a full month and still do not have the second chair!

Went with my dad to help him pick out furniture on his birthday. He quickly found what he wanted. Linda worked a deal with him but they said they only had one of the two recliners we wanted in the back and they couldn't get the other until Oct. My dad didn't want to wait that long so she worked a deal and said that he could get the floor model and the one that they had in the back. When we paid for the furniture they said it would be delivered to Libby on the 15th.

We purchased a sectional Black Friday. We were told it would be less than 3 weeks for it to be delivered at the kalispell location. Now it’s over 5 weeks still no calls or updates that our couch is in to be picked up. Also the “warranty” they have is a total joke. We purchased previously from them and had the couches checked out to see about the warranty replacement and have not received a call or update regarding that either after they had looked at the couches.

Do not buy furniture here! The sales people are terrible with overpromising and underdelivering. Placed an order for a sectional and was told I would only get 2 to of the pieces after thanksgiving and the rest maybe before Christmas. Later was called and said the couch did not make the delivery truck. Communication from sales rep Linda was unpleasant. Ended up cancelling our order, what a headache! We went to Gil's furniture and got a better high end couch for a better price.....and they delivered in 1 hour!!!

We bought a lift chair from Conlins. The sales lady made special arrangements to have it delivered as soon as possible (before the regular delivery). Greg and Seth delivered the chair and set it up for my use. They were right on the time they said they would arrive. They were very polite and efficient. Good service.

Don't recommend they are taking the small things off the floor for sale but keeping the big things on the floor. I went to buy a pillow the sales lady tells me the only pillows we have our the ones on clearance (which when I looked at them …

We have been trying for over a month to get warranty work done on our new sectional. We physically went in twice, was assured someone would call us. We've also called 3 times.and as told we'd get a call back, still haven't heard a thing.
