I don't know what changed with this company, but something has! The owner is a complete fraud! The owner of this company put my friend's bed back together incorrectly, and had 3 extra pieces left off of it! He said that he didn't take it a part, so he doesn't know how to put it back together. Not only that, but the kicker is, he broke the bed. The wood is split and cracked, and he is refusing to pay for it. He tried to say that I must've broken it. He was very nasty and unprofessional!

⭐️ Honest Review From a Long-Time Loyal Customer I genuinely hate to write this because I’ve used and recommended BlackOps for years with great success. But today’s experience was truly disappointing. I scheduled their team back in late September to support my organizing crew with heavy lifting for a very large holiday decorating project. This was an important client with multiple trees and installations, and my entire team was depending on that extra muscle to stay on schedule.
I absolutely do not recommend Black Ops Moving. I chose this place because of the reviews and I was wrong. Of all the things we cared about, three of our most expensive pieces of furniture were completely tore up due only to negligence. I spoke with Dillon, the owners husband, and he gave me a recommendation to repair my furniture. The cost to repair my furniture was $2700, and he offered me $150 to fix it. What a slap in the face and he could only say he's got a business to run.
I'm sorry you had such a terrible experience but please keep in mind that, in addition to the $150 reimbursement, we also performed over 1.5Hrs of the move absolutely for free (a value of $277.5 @$185/Hr for 3 movers) which substantiated … More
I had previously used this company before and had a great experience, so logically I was prepared to use them for an upcoming move. I requested a quote, received one and knowing my budget limitations, decided I would need to go an alternate route. I wish that’s where things would have just ended— I was accepting of the fact that I couldn’t go with the company this time, but if I needed to for other items in the future, I’d reconsider them then. Unfortunately, that was not the end.
Absolutely do not recommend! They were great the first move so I went with them again for my second, big mistake. They will damage your furniture and new place and refuse to take accountability and action. They did not wrap my headboard …
DO NOT USE BLACK OPS MOVING COMPANY!!! This was hands down the worst moving experience I've ever had. They completely destroyed my washing machine during the move. I watched them smash the machine …
They crushed boxes that had my mother's collectables. Broken!! My Black and Decker drill is gone. I can't stand thieves!!!

Absolutely hands down the best moving company in the metroplex! Extremely fast, efficient and very professional!! The 2 gentlemen that moved my stuff made sure everything was wrapped, protected and strapped down. Would never ever even think about using a different moving service. Between all of my family we've used them around 2 dozen times. This was my first move and now I'm a customer for life!! Thank you Adam and Luis for being top notch!!!

Let me start out by saying moving with an 8 month old is hard enough. Black ops came in and not only moved our large heavy items and boxes we had packed but also lended a hand to pack up some more boxes! This was the third time we have used them and they have always gone above and beyond! We will use them again and again!!
