The lack of respect these people have for you is outrageous, I called, and the "manager" claimed that I wanted a discount. After their moving crew disrespected me, damaged my items.. no communication, stomp on my floor, while I live on the second floor, so my downstairs neighbor had to endure their stomping. All the accusation thrown at me, while they refused to take a card payment, I had to fly out for a funeral and took me a week to come back to finish paying them, they caused my daughter to be hospitalized…

I booked 3 Men Movers for a scheduled move, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The crew showed up, took one look at the job, and immediately labeled it a “B.S. move.” Instead of doing the work they were hired for, they refused the job and left—stranding me mid-move with no help and no solution. To make matters worse, the company kept $201 of my money, claiming it was for “sending a truck and crew out,” even though no moving services were actually performed.

I hired 3 Men to move me out of one house to my new house. My items had to be stored in containers until my new house was ready. Total move was over $4000 including storage. When they were moving me in, a piece of furniture was dropped and the movers punch walls in the wall with the furniture legs. I immediately called their office but was told that they could not take the claim until the job was completed. I called after and made the claim. It took over a week to get a call back.

My daughter and I had been using this company for several years but this year January the 3rd was the worst day ever. Brandon the lead mover came in evaluating as we’ve never experienced. The movers before would come in and get started. And the dumbest thing was why was he evaluating because we had packed everything. They were the laziest crew I had ever seen and moved like turtles. And to top it off it took them 4 hrs and the company tried to charge for thier bad behavior and lack of interest in doing thier job.

Do yourself a favor — hire ANYONE else. This move broke my heart. 3 Men Movers in Houston turned what should have been an exciting cross-country move into an absolute nightmare. They were unprepared, careless, and left us scrambling at the worst possible time. Here’s what they did wrong — right away: - Damaged our walls and door frames with their dollies, bumping into everything. - Packed so sloppily that we had to rent an extra storage pod AND hire another moving crew the very next day — right before closing.

I recently hired this moving company, and while there were a few positives, my overall experience was extremely frustrating. To start with the positives, the movers were personable, nothing was damaged, and the move was ultimately completed. However, I did not hire movers for their personality - I hired them for efficiency and speed, and that is where they fell short. This was BY FAR the slowest moving experience I have ever had. I had a fully packed one-bedroom apartment, yet the move took nearly seven hours.

EDIT 12/1: Moving from 2 to 1 star. During the claim process, I had been approved in October for compensation after review with the moving team. Fast forward to today. A new employee took over my claim, reviewed it with the moving team, and now the claim is denied because "I refused moving pads". I WAS NEVER OFFERED MOVING PADS. THE MOVING TEAM LIED. When we moved, I wasn't even offered plastic wrap. They had to use MY GARABGE BAGS my couch cushions. AND EVEN THEN, THEY STILL DIDN"T COVER ALL MY PILLOWS.
