UPDATE; This company standing by their word and having integrity is a hallow promise. I filed a claim for damages dated 8/28/24 . I was told that the claim would be settled within 30 days. That has not happened. I emailed on several occasions to check the status of my claim to no avail. It is now close to 60 days on 10/28 and I have not heard anything back from the rep or owner. It has been almost 5 months (almost 150 days on 11/5) since the initial move on June 5th still no claim resolution.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys charged me $220, changed my appointment time without asking me and then when I requested a refund they stopped answering my calls and texts. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve given them 5 different ways to pay me and they said they are going to do it but it’s all talk. Refund me and I’ll take this review down. If you don’t I will continue to drive your rating down with hundreds of accounts giving 1 star reviews. Ball is in your court.

Great experience start to finish!! I called various movers around town for estimates on moving a piano I intended to purchase. I worked with Austin at Safeguard and he was incredibly helpful and made everything simple (unlike some of the others I spoke to). Their rate was fair, while the cost of moving with others would have prevented the purchase entirely.
