Pick another mover. Bekins Movers scratched and damaged my walls. I filed a claim, but the Bekins customer service has been ignoring my calls and emails for nearly a month. Two of the three movers were really inexperienced which slowed down the whole process which increased the entire cost of the operation since you are charged by time. The movers did not wear shoe covers, and they were genuinely dirty even before they started moving. I'm not sure why they were so dirty, we were the first customers of the day.

We are still waiting for our furniture almost a full month. They got greedy and loaded part of our stuff on 1 truck that had 4 other families already on it. Then the other stuff got loaded onto another truck and unloaded in the warehouse to wait for another truck. So we wait for half our things still. This should have been loaded all on one truck the first time. The driver very good about taking care of our things. That is why they even get a star.
Probably shouldn’t ask for my review when I’m sitting at my new location 2 weeks after moving and my things are still sitting in a trailer without a driver 2+ weeks after getting packed. Everyone was very nice to deal with, packing crew professional and friendly, but no one ever communicated there was not a driver lined up until I called a week after the move to see what date to expect our things to arrive. Should also mention our cc was charged right away as well.
I am a property manager at StorQuest and my customer hired Bekins service. the 2 men came with 2 dogs and let the dogs relieve themselves on my property and didn't clean up after them and one man spit snuf all over the grounds I'm very disappointed in the company's employee's behavior

The moving team, headed by Luis along with Bernardo, Javier and Nestor made the move easily and the whole process went extremely smooth. In addition, the whole team was very accommodating and flexible with last minute changes. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a move.
Excellent service! Personable, very easy to work with, patient as we sorted through packing the final few things, gave good advice on how to stole things. Did a great job running both the loading and unloading cruise. Would highly recommend him and definitely use him again.
