I use to rent for like a good 6months and when I moved out the guy there recognized two locks missing from some neighboring units that I never touched or step foot in I was cleaning my unit with my mom and my little 15 year old sister we cleaned it out and a few days later the cops come to my house asking if we had anything missing from the unit cause some units were broken into the cops came to me house asking us all type of questions like we did they were trying to blame us since we have a big vehicle and we…

I pay for bath room use and extended access . But bathrooms are locked up after regular hour. They raise my rent 2 to 3 times a year I started out at 275.00 now it’s over 650.00 Soon I will have to move cause it’s to expensive

Found out today my storage unit got broken into and property stolen......this comes after getting fraud on my credit card last year as one of two only charges on that card.

I’ve been renting here for a long time at the storage on First St in Livermore, and since Cody started working here , my experience has been great. She’s professional, friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled smoothly. She answers all my questions clearly and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way she does. Highly recommend working with Cody if you get the chance!

I find Storage Pro to be friendly and easy to work with. They provide pest control and keep the grounds clean and upgraded. I feel secure in my unit. Staff is always nice to me.Special shout out to Cody, she is positive, helpful, friendly and caring about our individual needs.
