The rating breakdown
0 of the 39 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Go Mini's of Bay Area are one or two star.
Worked out from 39 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Livermore
2.8 percentage points lower than the middle of the 6 listings in Livermore we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words

Rob, thank you so much for your 5-star review! We truly appreciate your business and hope to serve you again in the future.
Go minis of the bay area was the easiest part of our complex move! Their customer service was absolutely top notch, and their patience and professionalism with our ever-changing schedule, was really above and beyond! Most importantly, they kept our belongings safe and secure! We have moved several times, and they were absolutely the best!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Katie! We love to hear that we've made our customers' moves a little less stressful. If you need moving or storage solutions again in the future, please give us a call!
We ended up having to rent two of these, and had difficult locations for the pods. Mike and Lori had amazing customer service. Always super helpful and responsive. Jack did a great job of maneuvering the boxes on and off the truck. I would them again in a heartbeat (though I hope never to move again!). :)
Thank you for the thoughtful review, Deb! We will be sure to pass along your praise to Jack — we take great pride maneuvering our storage containers into (and out of) tricky spots without damaging or disturbing the surroundings.
Deliveries and pickups were timely and reliable. I got many quotes for competitors and GoMini's was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the rest. The main reason for this is that they let us unload our container while the driver waited. This allowed us to avoid paying another pickup fee for them to come back and get the empty container. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because their truck caused damage to the driveway and street.
Thanks for your positive feedback Devin
