Did a horrible job. Items damaged, floors damaged, items lost. Their driver drove their truck onto a walkway step and cracked the stone. They were two hours late arriving at the new destination and told me their truck broke down. They …
I will be reporting this company for all of my missing items that I had prepacked and once delivered to our destination we found valuable missing items in some of those boxes. Gaps were filled with their packing materials. Among the missing valuables other items include two external hard drives containing all of our personal information as well as the keys to the cabinet where all of the hard copies were filed.
Horrible experience. Used them 3 years ago. They sent an estimator to give a complete and firm estimate of the cost of the move, and the final cost was way above the estimate. Workers were taking extended breaks while on the clock at $200/ hr. Of course they need breaks but the customer should not be billed for the time. Workers also didn’t want to start loading boxes until absolutely everything was packed away. Had to have a screaming argument with foreman at the end.
I would give a zero if I was able to ! The workers were fine all but for ruining two expensive antiques, breaking multiple items they packed and items not showing up at all. This was a very expensive interstate move and there was zero communication from the coordinators on my arrival date. When I finally got her on the phone she said we weren’t receiving the whole load and the second half would come within 2 weeks ! Never any calls on this! We pleaded for the rest of our things to be sent asap !
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my appt on Mon w Lucas & he told me I would receive estimate later in the evening. I didnt receive anything until Wednesday which said.... after careful review we cant provide service. I called & spoke w a nice woman (Elsa) who was honest w me & said he wasn't taking the job because I was getting other estimates & he couldn't match or beat them. Well, I cant answer what I wouldve done because I dont have estimate (s).

Elsa very quickly got me a contract to ship a piano halfway across the country, which had been a problem for various other movers as well as ones that claimed to specialize in pianos. Great experience with Braun Moving for a home furniture installation. Great communication with Elsa in the office leading up to the move day and the moving team was very professional. They took proper care and precaution and respected the home and product. Would definitely use them again!
After another company in Ct said they would need to load our stuff first to weigh it then give us a price , We got a ballpark quote from ELSA at Braun Movers in the beginning which included her guy going to the house and visually looking at the multitude of items that needed to be packed and moved. Their ballpark figure $ was spot on. Their crew of 4 spent 9 hours packing and moving dozens of boxes of miscellaneous item as well as 3 rooms of furniture.
