I have a lot of experience renting storage units across different states and have not always had good experiences. Modern storage has been the best rental company I’ve used up to date. They are very transparent, storage facility are clean and they have good security in place. When I had a concern they were quick to respond and solve the issue. I’m so happy and delighted that I had the opportunity to pay my bill for rental unit, and the agent who helped me,Anne did a tremendous job for me to get back on track. She was courteous respectful and helpful,I’ll recommend anyone to her. Just rented a 20 x 10 unit and got everything set up over the phone with a Representative named Queen. She was extremely helpful, very patient and quite frankly very kind. Nice change of pace from the normal treatment in society these days. Also met the facility manager, Cynthia, who was also extremely helpful and pleasant - so overall great job Modern! Looking forward to a good business partnership for the next year.

Great! Facility very clean and everything is easy and convenient. No keys or locks to deal with because it's all digital through their app. Cynthia, the manager is awesome, always super helpful. Plus prices are way better than any other self-storage in the area!
