Unfortunately I didn’t have the same positive experience as a lot of the other customers. The estimator didn’t allow enough trucks or time for my move, even though he physically inventoried my home. Trucks were late. They loaded two trucks but didn’t get everything I paid them to move so I had to hire someone else to finish their job. Damaged my bedroom furniture. After the move their price went up several hundred dollars but only partially did what I hired them to do. This company, unfortunately, “got me”.

They didn't show up on time. They literally threw my boxes in the storage unit. It was a complete disarray. I had dish boxes upside down. I had to spend a day correcting it. They damaged furniture, freezer, artwork, etc and when I contacted them it fell.on deaf ears and took four months to resolve. I received literally pennies on the dollar for the damage.
Mini update: I’ve since noticed more dents on the top of my washer/dryer and the wheel is broken on a ladder. They also moved my dumbbells and just dumped them on the floor. I know they’re rubber but they are scratched and dented now (didn’t see this immediately but finally got around to setting everything up). Collin also reached out and asked me to send pics of the floors and couch. I did so immediately and haven’t heard anything back.
Packers were not professional. Left many things undone. Had to repack things they packed ourselves because some of our things were just dumped in a box. Did not wrap photos and pictures or lamps. One of the Brazos employees spent time in our bathroom doing #2 when he was on the clock at $110hr. The supervisor was argumentative when we told him we were firing him from moving us. They thought they did a good job and got mad when I told them they needed to wrap it up. Estimated 3 people for 5 hours.
First the truck they bought was too small. The men brought no tools to disassemble or reassemble furniture. Nearly every piece of wood furniture as well as the leather has either rub marks, scratches or gouges! This was NOT a professional mover!!! They kept me so busy either showing them where to put things, that I had painstakingly labeled, or retrieving tools I didn’t notice the damage until after they left. They also tried to charge me nearly $1000 more than the quote. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!

They made sure everything was taken care, wrapping things I wouldn't have even thought about. The crew communicated with each other and me. Very polite and extremely hard working. They never complained about anything. I have used them before and it was the same experience. Great group! I have set up movers before and they bailed on me at the last minute for a bigger job. This company is outstanding from start to finish.
Gabriel and Aaron were great!! On time and worked their tails off in this heat and did not stop! Highly recommend! They were helpful and super friendly
Zeke, Ronnie, & Tate were efficient & friendly. They did all we asked & gave us good tips. The minimum charge was expensive, & we were the second move of their day, so they were out of shrink wrap - a disappoint. But I highly recommend them for the men & the care they take.
Ronnie, Mike, and Dom with Brazos Movers did a great moving us today! They were very careful and wanted to make sure our items were treated with respect. We greatly appreciated their great work!!
