In their own words
The movers arrived on time, were very courteous, wrapped everything well, and charged a good price. They also complained about how heavy furniture was. When delivered, the refrigerator had several dents in it, the ceramic tiles in the patio table were shattered when they turned the table to get to the back patio, they forgot to unpack two lamps (although they did deliver when we asked), and a box or two are still missing after almost two weeks.
Scheduled weeks in advance and guys were a no show. Confirmed day before. Then morning of no call. No response to text. No show. Disappointing having used them twice before.
I contacted this business to come out and give an estimate. The day arrived to come out and they didn’t show up or call. I waited to hear from them. I finally reached and and just heard excuses. They wouldn’t have responded had I not reached out. I wouldn’t trust them to move anything since they couldn’t even call and all they had was excuses

Kept changing arrival time to where we were waiting three hours from the original times. Did not communicate that the they were going to be later than the original rescheduling. When I called for an estimated time of arrival they told me they were still an hour out. Just ended up canceling and moving ourselves.

Worst most costly experience I’ve ever had. We hired them to move our brand new furniture off our wood floors to get redone. And move back. They damaged almost every piece of furniture. Said they would make it right but for over 3 weeks have ignored our calls. We are now having to file a lawsuit. Stay far away.
